ninja alone returns

Iv been away for a while but im back.

Fitness test passed but turned down the position due to a new oportunity that will give me more stability in the future.

Look to the future because there is a recession and it will be around for a few years.

I am in my early 20's and I dont drink (alcohol) or smoke. Its a waste of time and money and makes people look stupid.

Right now we should deal with our careers, families and health.

I am working most days and im sorting out a fitness routine again as I have started a new job.

Today I am pushing myself harder.

I have a fitness test this friday and I cant afford to fail.

I know that I will pass but I will not assume that I will.

Fail to prepare then prepare to fail.

Simple and it works.

Learn about as many martial arts as you can.

Learn about as many weapons as you can.

Create you own weapons and learn to use them.

Train as hard as you can.

When you need it, you will hurt less and be safe.

Train to win, Train for honour, Train for yourself, Train for life.

Iv been in a really aggressive mood.

Listening to Get Inside by Stone Sour.

Great stuff if you want to work out and push yourself a bit further.

Can see my apponents fall at my blade now.

Each opponent falling because they deserve it.

Every opponent that I see is a criminal I see on the news.

Could be a terrorist, a burglar or a murderer.

If you deserve it then you will get what you deserve in time.

After carefully observing the clips on youtube, I can happily call Altaiir from Assassins creed and Ezio from Assassins creed 2, ninja.

Check out the footage on youtube.

Stealth matters.

A couple of years ago when I was in the begining of my relationship with my amazing girlfriend, my stealth skills were needed for the first time.

The situation: I came home really late and knew that my parents were going to be really, really mad.

How I avoided some serious agro: At this time they were in bed but I knew that they were light sleepers so I had to be silent.
I first put the key in the door very slowly, I could hear as the key came into contact with the pins of the lock. I peered into the window and saw my dog at the other side of the door looking straight at me, he was going to be a problem because I know how excited he gets.
Once my key was in I turned the lock again very slowly and opened the door. With speed I went straight to the dog and held him, causing him to attempt to lick me which was much better than barking. I slowly removed my keys with one hand while keeping contact with the dog in the other.
The next obstacle was laminate floors in the upper and lower floors and hardwood floor stairs. Even with trainers they would still make a noise on the laminate floors. Only one thing to do, Undo my trainers and take them off. I knew that the sound of my dog moving around the house would not cause suspicion so I allowed him up first so if they did awake then they would not check to see who it was.
Sliding up the stairs and along the hall, barely a sound was made. Home free.

When they asked what time I got in, I told them 11:15 instead of 1 am.
Surprising as it seems, I got away with it and subsequently got away with it a further 20 times at least.

Good diet and exercise helps.

Going to train today, run 1.5 miles, press ups and sit ups, maybe a little parkour on the way.

Then later I will train with my sword and finish up with some stealth training.
